A bold new Västerhavsveckan – where ocean meets social festival.

Västerhavsveckan is an annual theme week dedicated to the marine environment along Sweden's west coast. It features hundreds of activities designed to increase public awareness and interest in the North Sea and its environmental challenges. The event is organized by the Västkuststiftelsen in collaboration with various municipalities, universities, organizations, and private companies. The ambition of the new look has been to attract a new audience and give the event a more contemporary feel.
