The launch of a premium watch collection with outdoor DNA
Suunto, well known among divers, mountaineers, multi sport athletes and other likeminded – identified a market opportunity for a premium watch collection outside their established retail channels. The collection was given the name Elementum, inspired by the elements of climbers, divers and sailors – and presented state-of-the-art technology packaged in exclusive materials. To connect with urban lifestyle and still keep the outdoor heritage – the concept was built around real ambassadors portrayed in everyday situations as well as in their nature elements.
